Following our performance the SNL staff provided us with detailed contact info from dozens of audience members who�d requested more information about our group; this is a great resource, and not something we�ve ever had done for us anywhere else.

I think it is easier for people to participate in your style theater in bite size chunks, and then pick and choose what to go see in the theater community. It sort of like the upcoming movie trailers at the movie theater - you sit through sort introductions to upcoming events and then you can pick and choose what you'll want to see in the next month or so. You have the live version of the movie trailer. It's actually a pretty cool idea.

�Performing at Sample Night Live was valuable as it was not only rewarding to perform before a full house and instructional as to how your organization worked, but it was great to receive the instant feedback that your audience survey provided. The Sample Night Live audience was considerably different than that of our normal audience, which is typically tilted toward the more mature (they tend to remember what "old time radio" really was). Their responses validated our performance as one that could play to a broad range of demographics.

My interactions with the Sample Night Live staff were first-rate. All of your people knew their jobs and made it easy for us, as performers, to concentrate on our jobs as opposed to having to wonder what time to go on, etc. They were, to a person, helpful, considerate and aware of what might be bothering us.

Finally, I am grateful that there is such a thing in the Twin Cities as Sample Night Live. It certainly gave us an opportunity to perform in a venue and before an audience that is different than our norm. It is apparent that there is an audience for this kind of theater in the Twin Cities as well.�
