Paul Spencer is an art historian who does writing and research for textbooks, and teaches seminars at The Minneapolis Institute of Arts. He is former Program Administrator of the Center for Arts Criticism and former Associate Curator of the Minnesota Museum of American Art. He has a B.A. in Studio Art from Hamline University and an M.A. in Art History from the University of Iowa where he studied at the International Dada Archive and wrote his thesis on the influence of anarchism on Dada.
